By signing and submitting this license, the copyright owner:
a) grants to the Algarve University the non-exclusive right to reproduce, convert (as defined below), communicate and/or distribute your submission (including the abstract) worldwide in print and electronic format and in any medium, including but not limited to audio or video.
b) represents that the submission is his/her original work, and that he/she has the right to grant the rights contained in this license. He/she also represents that his/her submission does not, to the best of his/her knowledge, infringe upon anyone's copyright.
 
c) If the submission contains material for which he/she does not hold copyright, he/she represents that he/she has obtained the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner to grant the Algarve University the rights required by this license, and that such third-party owned material is clearly identified and acknowledged
within the text or content of the submission.
d) if the submission is based upon work that has been sponsored or supported by an agency or organization other than the Algarve University, he/she represents that he/she has fulfilled any obligations required by such contract or agreement.
The Algarve University will clearly identify his/her name(s) as the
author(s) or owner(s) of the submission, and will not make any alteration, other than as allowed by this license, to his/her submission.
Under the "Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Portugal", the user may copy, distribute, exhibit and execute the submission, and create works derived from it, under condition of giving credit thereupon to the original author(s), in the manner specified by the author(s) or copyright owner.
