LICENÇA DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO NÃO-EXCLUSIVA

Ao assinar e entregar esta licença, o detentor dos direitos de autor:

a) Concede à Universidade do Algarve o direito não-exclusivo de reproduzir, converter, comunicar e distribuir o documento entregue (incluindo o resumo / abstract) em formato digital ou impresso e em qualquer meio.

b) Declara que o documento entregue é seu trabalho original, e que detém o direito de conceder os direitos contidos nesta licença. Declara também que a entrega do documento não infringe, tanto quanto lhe é possível saber, os direitos de qualquer outra pessoa ou entidade.

c) Se o documento entregue contém material do qual não detém os direitos de autor, declara que obteve autorização do detentor dos direitos de autor para conceder à Universidade do Algarve os direitos requeridos por esta licença, e que esse material cujos direitos são de terceiros está claramente identificado e reconhecido no texto ou conteúdo do documento entregue.

Nos termos da licença internacional Creative Commons Atribuição, o utilizador pode copiar, distribuir, exibir e executar a obra, e criar obras derivadas, sob condição de dar crédito ao autor original, da forma especificada pelo autor ou licenciante.

NON-EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

By signing and submitting this license, the copyright owner:

a) grants to the Algarve University a non-exclusive right to reproduce, convert, communicate and/or distribute globally your submission (including the abstract) in print, electronic format, or in any other medium, including but not limited to audio or video.

b) declares that the submission is his/her original work, and that he/she has the right to grant the rights contained in this license; He/she also represents that his/her submission does not, to the best of his/her knowledge, infringe upon anyone's copyright.
 
c) If the submission contains material for which he/she does not hold copyright, he/she represents that he/she has obtained the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner to grant the Algarve University the rights required by this license, and that such third-party owned material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the text or content of the submission.

d) if the submission is based upon work that has been sponsored or supported by an agency or organization other than the Algarve University, he/she represents that he/she has fulfilled any obligations required by such contract or agreement.

The Algarve University will clearly identify his/her name(s) as the author(s) or owner(s) of the submission, and will not make any alteration, other than as allowed by this license, to his/her submission.

Under the international Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, the user may copy, distribute, exhibit and execute the submission, and create works derived from it, under condition of giving credit thereupon to the original author(s), in the manner specified by the author(s) or copyright owner.
