A metodologia que é aqui utilizada é a revisão sistemática da literatura, que permitiu a apresentação e análise de vários trabalhos relevantes neste contexto. Os resultados sugerem que este tópico tem sido alvo de um interesse crescente, evidenciado pela tendência progressiva do número de publicações científicas relacionadas com o tema. Dado que os níveis de literacia financeira a nível global são, no geral, pouco satisfatórios, torna-se importante entender os fatores que possam ter alguma influência sobre este tipo de conhecimento, de modo a conseguir identificar os grupos populacionais que mais beneficiariam de ações relacionadas com a promoção de boas práticas financeiras.This dissertation reviews the existing literature published between 2013 and 2022 on the relationship between financial literacy and potential influencing factors, the objective being the identification of gaps that can be investigated in the future. The method used here is a systematic literature review, which allowed for the presentation and analysis of several studies relevant to this context. The results suggest that this topic has been the subject of growing interest, evidenced by the progressive trend in the number of scientific publications related to the topic.
