Abstract(s)
This report describes a project plan to define the the requirements for the telemetry unit and land station which is to be developed. The telemetry unit serves as an interface between the underwater communication and the land station. The telemetry unit will be placed on the sea floor connected to land via cable. A dedicated array of underwater acoustic sensors will be connected to the telemetry unit which will perform the acquisition and relay of the acoustic data.
