No âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão Empresarial, foi realizado o Estágio Curricular no Serviço das Publicações da União Europeia, na equipa responsável pelo conteúdo editorial do EUR-Lex.
O objetivo deste relatório consiste em apresentar as atividades realizadas durante este estágio enquadradas por uma a revisão bibliográfica sucinta e focada nas temáticas essenciais do estágio: marketing e comunicação integrada.
As funções desempenhadas durante o estágio estão relacionadas com a comunicação integrada de marketing, nomeadamente a participação no desenvolvimento de uma campanha de comunicação e a preparação de tutoriais e apresentações.
O enquadramento teórico incide sobre as evoluções tecnológicas e económicas que alteraram o conceito de marketing e permitiram o desenvolvimento do conceito de Comunicação Integrada de Marketing (CIM). Segue-se uma definição do conceito e a sua aplicação.
As part of the Master Degree in Business Management, a curricular Internship was performed in the European Union’s Publications Office, in the team responsible for the editorial content of EUR-Lex. The purpose of this paper is to present the activities carried out during the training, framed by a succinct and focused on the essential themes of the training: marketing and integrated communication. The functions performed during the internship are related to integrated marketing communication, including participation in the development of a communication campaign and the preparation of tutorials and presentations. The theoretical framework focuses on the technological and economic developments, which have altered the concept of marketing and allowed the development of the concept of CIM. A definition of the concept and its application follows.
