O presente projeto tem como tema a Socialização Organizacional, o Acolhimento e a
Integração dentro de uma instituição, em particular o Manual de Acolhimento
Numa organização o Manual de Acolhimento é uma ferramenta indispensável para a Gestão dos Recursos Humanos, como tal deve estar bem construído para promover uma boa adaptação dos novos colaboradores. Desde a união das três Unidades Hospitalares do Algarve era necessário um novo Manual de Acolhimento.
Assim sendo este projeto tem como principal objetivo a criação do mesmo e uma adaptação para os novos profissionais.
As melhorias das condições do trabalhador, um facilitador de integração e socialização bem como uma boa adaptação no processo de acolhimento face a uma nova instituição são dos principais objetivos do Manual.
This project has as its theme Organizational Socialization, Hosting and Integration within an institution, in particular the welcome guide. In an organization, the Handbook of Reception is an indispensable tool for Human Resources Management, as such it must be well built to promote a good adaptation of the new employees. Since the union of the three Hospital Units of the Algarve a new Reception Manual was necessary. So this project has as its main objective the creation of the same and an adaptation for new professionals. Improvements in the conditions of the worker, a facilitator of integration and socialization, as well as a good adaptation in the reception process towards a new institution are the main objectives of the Manual.
