This chapter analyses various important issues concerning the implementation of a sustainable and strategic management process for community venues and proposes concrete
approaches. The chapter focuses essentially
on the issue of maximizing community venues
for cultural purposes. The chapter also looks to find ways to optimize the satisfaction of those
involved in the service and consumer process
of cultural products, as well as the value placed on experience resulting from public events and organization.
