dc.description.abstractThe study had as main objective to identify the determining factors in the purchasing decision of virtual consumers store Treko's Mania, a small business, the bazaar segment. The specific objectives, which seek to identify the profile of consumers who shop through the Fan page Treko's Mania, identify the advantages and the difficulties listed by consumers for the virtual purchase. It was developed a research of an applied nature, with a quantitative approach and exploratory objective, and the methodological procedures bibliographic research and data collection, with structured questionnaire based on the Likert scale. In data analysis, using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software was applied to descriptive statistics and simple correlation. The results stated that the following criteria influence the purchase decision of the customer's Fan page Treko's Mania: receiving products on time provided, good relationship, product variety, conditions of payment and receipt of the products as described.
