Patellar tendon (PT) injuries are one of the most common overuse injuries in sports. Ultrasound is a well-established technique that has proven to be an ideal choice to characterise and evaluate this tendon. The aim of this study was to evaluate PT dimensions in sports practitioners (SP), namely cyclists and volleyball players (VP), and non-sports practitioners (NSP).
