O presente relatório retrata as mil duzentas e sessenta horas de estágio vivido no grupo Minor Hotels, mais concretamente no hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, no Algarve.
No primeiro capítulo, é feito um enquadramento geral da Minor Hotels. No mesmo, são mencionados os valores do grupo, as marcas que fazem parte do grupo, as aquisições ao longo dos anos e um resumo das unidades que possuem em Portugal, focando-se de forma mais detalhada nas unidades localizadas no Algarve.
No segundo capítulo, é feito a descrição do estágio curricular realizado no Departamento Comercial do hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, mais especificamente nas Vendas Individuais, e as tarefas realizadas durante esse período, sendo que, nessa descrição são explicados os objetivos específicos do estágio.
No terceiro capítulo, é feito uma análise às produções dos distribuidores, sendo que, a mesma análise foi proposta pelo Diretor de Vendas e Marketing do hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura com a finalidade de controlar a produtividade dos diferentes parceiros de distribuição.
A análise de produção baseia-se nos resultados gerais da produção dos distribuidores relativamente às unidades da Minor Hotels no Algarve e numa análise mais específica feita a oferta “Summer Stay and Dine” do hotel Anantara Vilamoura.
No quarto e último capítulo, é feito uma descrição das considerações finais do relatório de mestrado, sendo que o mesmo descreve como e se os objetivos propostos foram atingidos, como também, as principais limitações que ocorreram ao longo do estágio e recomendações futuras.
The presented report describes one thousand two hundred and sixty hours of internship spent in the Minor Hotels group, specifically at the hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura in the Algarve. In the first chapter, a general overview of Minor Hotels is made. Also, in this chapter, it is mentioned the values of the group, the brands that belong to them, their acquisitions over the years and a summary of the accommodations they have in the world and national territory, focusing more on the accommodations located in the Algarve. In the second chapter is made a description of the curricular internship held at the Commercial Department of the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Hotel, more specifically in Individual Sales and the tasks performed during this period, which explains the specific purpose of the internship. The third chapter is based on an analysis made to the tourism distributors productions and the same analysis was proposed by the Director of Sales and Marketing with the purpose of controlling their productivity. The production analysis is based on the overall results of the tourism distributors production regarding the Minor Hotels accommodation in the Algarve and I tis also made other specific analysis of the "Summer Stay and Dine" offer of the Anantara Vilamoura hotel. The fourth and final chapter, describe the final considerations of the master's report. This chapter describe also how and if the proposed objectives were achieved, as well the main limitations that occurred during the internship and future recommendations.
