Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo apresentar e descrever de forma detalhada todas
as atividades realizadas durante o estágio curricular do segundo ano do curso de mestrado em
Gestão de Unidades de Saúde lecionado na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do
Algarve.
O estágio foi realizado na Administração Regional de Saúde do Algarve (ARS Algarve),
tendo decorrido em três departamentos desta instituição: no Departamento de Contratualização,
na Unidade de Gestão dos Recursos Humanos e no Departamento de Saúde Pública e
Planeamento, onde o estagiário teve oportunidade de desenvolver diversas atividades.
O estágio na ARS Algarve foi bastante enriquecedor, permitindo ao estagiário
consolidar, incrementar e aprofundar os conhecimentos adquiridos no primeiro ano do curso,
bem como ganhar novas competências tanto a nível pessoal, como de gestão.
Durante o estágio foram desenvolvidas várias atividades entre as quais se destacam:
acompanhamento dos utentes no sistema integrado de gestão de inscritos para a cirurgia, cálculo
de suplementos remuneratórios dos profissionais da unidade de saúde familiar modelo B,
acompanhamento da consulta a tempo e horas, acompanhamento do processo de avaliação do
desempenho dos colaboradores, acompanhamento da avaliação das atividades do ano 2018 e
monitorização dos utentes inscritos nos agrupamentos dos centros de saúde do Algarve. De
destacar, ainda, aquando da passagem do estagiário pelo Departamento de Contratualização, a
elaboração de um Manual de Acolhimento e Integração. Este manual tornou-se um instrumento
importante que pretende fornecer ao novo colaborador todas as informações para uma melhor
e mais rápida integração no departamento.
O Serviço Nacional de Saúde, sistema através do qual o Estado Português assegura o
direito à proteção na saúde, nos temos previstos pela Constituição da República Portuguesa de 1976, tendo sido criado em 1979, através da Lei n.º 56/79, de 15 de setembro, é o tema central deste estudo.
The present report aims to present and describe in detail all the activities carried out during the curricular internship of the second year of the Master Course in Health Unit Management taught at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve. The internship was held at the Regional Health Administration of the Algarve (ARS Algarve), and took place in three departments of this institution: the Contractualisation Department, the Human Resources Management Unit and the Department of Public Health and Planning, where the trainee had the opportunity to develop various activities. The internship at ARS Algarve was very enriching, allowing the trainee to consolidate, increase and deepen the knowledge acquired in the first year of the course, as well as gain new skills at both the personal and management levels. During the internship, several activities were developed, such as: monitoring of patients in the integrated management system for surgical registrants, calculation of remuneration supplements for professionals of the family health unit model B, follow-up of the consultation on time, monitoring of the process of performance evaluation of employees, monitoring the evaluation of activities of the year 2018 and monitoring of users enrolled in the health centers of the Algarve. Also, noteworthy, during the trainee's passage through the Contractualisation Department, the elaboration of a Reception and Integration Manual. This manual has become an important tool that aims to provide the new employee with all the information for better and faster integration into the department. The National Health Service, the system through which the Portuguese State assures the right to protection in health, that have been provided for in the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic of 1976, having been created in 1979, through Law No. 56/79, of 15 September is the central theme of this study.
