Aptidão física (PF) é um construto relacionado com a saúde e com o desempenho académico nos jovens. Este estudo teve como objetivo pesquisar as evidências científicas sobre a associação entre componentes da condição física e rendimento académico em adolescentes. Foi realizado um levantamento dos estudos publicados entre julho de 2016 e 10 de Agosto de 2019, disponíveis nas bases de dados eletrónicas: (PsychInfo; Psychology and Behavioral Science; ERIC; Sport Discus e PubMed), que relacionaram os conceitos condição física e rendimento académico em adolescentes. Verificou-se que a maioria dos estudos consultados segum uma metodologia tipo estudo transversal. A extração independente dos artigos foi realizada pelos dois autores, utilizando campos de dados pré-definidos. Dos 54 estudos eleitos, foram revistos 15 estudos, 7 relatam uma associação positiva entre os componentes da condição física e realização e 7 não encontram relação estatística significativa entre aptidão física e rendimento académico. Sendo que, um estudo não é claro nessa abordagem.
