Abstract(s)
Este trabalho constitui um estudo sobre os sistemas e tecnologias de informação
na segurança social portuguesa.
Tem duas componentes principais, uma essencialmente teórico-descritiva, e
outra prática.
A metodologia utilizada para a parte teórica consistiu na análise bibliográfica,
com base na qual foram desenvolvidos os Capítulos 1 a IV.
Quanto à parte prática, apresentada no Capítulo V, a mesma baseia-se no tratamento
de um questionário, criado especificamente para este trabalho.
Com esse questionário procurou medir-se a receptividade das organizações para
aderirem a um projecto de EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) com a Segurança
Social.
This dissertation is based on a research about the Information Systems and Technologies used by the portuguese social security. The work has two main componentes - the first one, essentially theoretical, and the second , more practical. The methodology used for the theoretical part has consisted in the bibliographic analisys, which has given the foundations to construct the Chapters I to IV. About the practical part, which is introduced on the Chapter V, the method used consisted in the development and statistical analisys of a survey. This survey was intended to measure the receptivity of the organizations to make a future partnership with the Portuguese Social Security, in order to implement an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) project.
