O presente projeto insere-se no âmbito da obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão Empresarial elaborado sob a orientação do Professor Dr. Fernando Manuel Félix Cardoso, e a coorientação da Professora Doutora Eugénia Maria Dores Maia Ferreira.
Este projeto tem como objetivo desenvolver e discutir um plano de negócios com vista à criação de uma empresa focada na promoção e divulgação online de uma nova e distinta marca de chás, e respetivo comércio direto ao cliente final.
São abordadas as temáticas relacionadas com o comércio online e com a história e a cultura do chá na China.
Realizaram-se análises de mercado relacionadas com a indústria do chá na China e na Europa.
O projeto culminou com o desenvolvimento do plano de negócio, análise financeira e operacional.
This project is the final work of the master’s degree in Business Management, prepared under the guidance of Professor Fernando Manuel Félix Cardoso, and under the co-orientation of Professor Eugénia Maria Dores Maia Ferreira. This project intends to develop and discuss a business plan aimed at creating a company focused on the promotion, online dissemination of a new and distinct brand of teas, and its direct trade to the final client. Firstly, the topics related to online commerce and marketing, as well as issues related to the history and culture of tea in China are discussed. Market studies related to the tea industry were carried out in China and Europe. The project culminates in the business plan development, together with financial and operational analysis.
