Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho de projeto consiste num plano de negócios, com vista à criação de uma empresa, tendo como objetivo avaliar a viabilidade e sustentabilidade económico financeira da ideia de negócio. A ideia de negócio surgiu da identificação de uma necessidade por satisfazer no mercado da prestação de cuidados de saúde, percecionada pela autora no âmbito da sua atividade profissional enquanto nutricionista. A empresa terá como propósito a prestação de serviços de nutrição e alimentação no domicílio, facilitando o acesso a cuidados nutricionais que promovam saúde e bem-estar a indivíduos com mobilidade reduzida, fragilidade associada à doença e/ou idade avançada. O principal serviço será a realização de consulta de nutrição no domicílio e o produto será a preparação, e entrega no domicílio, de refeições adaptadas a indivíduos alimentados através de sonda nasogástrica (SNG) ou gastrostomia endoscópica percutânea (GEP). A metodologia de plano de negócios adotada foi a desenvolvida pela Harvard Business School, com influência da metodologia de plano de negócios do Instituto de Apoio às Pequenas e Médias Empresas e à Inovação (IAPMEI). Na análise de estudo de mercado realizada, verificou-se que 78,7% dos inquiridos consideraram o serviço interessante ou muito interessante, e que 100% consideraram o produto interessante ou muito interessante, o que confirma a existência de potenciais clientes, validando a pertinência da ideia de negócio. Os principais indicadores económico-financeiros obtidos, à luz dos pressupostos estabelecidos, como Valor Atual Líquido (VAL) de 528 794€, Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade (TIR) de 116,48% e payback period de 3,4 anos, permitem atestar a viabilidade e sustentabilidade económico-financeira do projeto.
The present project consists of a business plan, aimed at establishing a company, with the objective of assessing the economic and financial viability and sustainability of the business idea. The business idea emerged from the identification of an unmet need in the healthcare service market, as perceived by the author during her professional activity as a nutritionist. The company’s purpose will be to provide nutrition and food services at home, facilitating access to nutritional care that promotes health and well-being for individuals with reduced mobility, frailty due to illness, and/or advanced age. The main service will be home nutrition consultations, and the product will be the preparation, and home delivery, of meals adapted to individuals fed through nasogastric tube or percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. The business plan methodology adopted was developed by Harvard Business School, with influence from the business plan methodology of the Instituto de Apoio às Pequenas e Médias Empresas e à Inovação (IAPMEI). In the market research analysis conducted, it was found that 78.7% of respondents considered the service interesting or very interesting, and that 100% considered the product interesting or very interesting, which confirms the existence of potential customers, validating the relevance of the business idea.
