Abstract(s)
variantes.
vantagens competitivas.

The reasons underlying this results seem to belong to four categories which are transversally related: the state's non-responsibility; the lack of knowledge and information; the complexity of the technologies and the low leveis of involvement and commitment on the part of the regioiTs Computer Science Companies. The conclusion reached lead to a theoretical model which is representative of causes of the hindering in this matter.
