Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho decorre de uma pesquisa sobre o fenómeno da designada “Arte Dolménica”, a qual encerra um código imagético que é estrito da prática funerária das sociedades neolíticas construtoras dos dólmenes, a qual ocorreu ao longo de todo o IVº e princípios do IIIº milénio A.C..
A par dessa pesquisa, operou-se uma abordagem a esta temática numa perspetiva em que o fator temporal, percebido agora numa dinâmica flexível e não cronológica, pode conduzir ao ressurgimento da imagem de épocas remotas, ainda que revestida de novas formas, na Arte Moderna e na Arte Contemporânea.
A forma como abordamos determinado tipo de arte do passado, nomeadamente a Arte Dolménica, e a relacionamos com expressões artísticas do Modernismo e da Contemporaneidade, decorre de uma atitude recetiva face a certos fenómenos que fazem parte da dinâmica do pensamento, como o são a reminiscência e o anacronismo.
The present work stems from a research on the phenomenon of the so-called "Dolmenian Art", which contains an imagery code that is strict of the funerary practice of Neolithic societies constructing the Dolmens, which occurred throughout the 4th and beginning of the 3rd millennium BC. In addition to this research, an approach to this theme was operated in a perspective in which the temporal factor, perceived now in a flexible and non-chronological dynamic, can lead to the resurgence of the image of remote times, even if coated in new forms, in Modern Art and Contemporary Art. The way we approach a certain type of art of the past, namely The Dolmenian Art, and relate it to artistic expressions of Modernism and Contemporaneity, stems from a receptive attitude towards certain phenomena that are part of the dynamics of thought, such as reminiscence and anachronism.
