O presente relatório é o resultado do estágio curricular realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão Empresarial da Universidade do Algarve, que decorreu de 01 de outubro de 2022 a 30 de maio de 2023, na CEAL (Confederação dos Empresários do Algarve). Esta Associação tem como missão defender os direitos e interesses das empresas de todos os setores de atividade, dignificar e valorizar os seus ativos. Neste relatório apresenta-se as atividades práticas desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, tendo em conta os conceitos teóricos aprendidos ao longo do percurso académico do Mestrado em Gestão Empresarial, conseguindo, assim, aplicar a teoria à realidade empresa rial, nomeadamente a uma associação empresarial. O presente relatório é constituído por quatro capítulos principais: Introdução, onde se apresenta o enquadramento geral do
estágio; a Revisão da Literatura (enquadramento teórico das temáticas desenvolvidas no estágio); a apresentação do estágio e as principais atividades desenvolvidas no mesmo. E, finalmente, as Considerações Finais, onde são refletidos os principais contributos do estágio para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, bem como os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo desta experiência. Com o estágio pretende-se obter o grau de mestre, adquirir experiência profissional, facilitar a entrada no mundo empresarial e profissional e compreender o modelo de gestão de associações empresariais, tendo como base a CEAL.
The present report is the result of the curricular internship carried out within the scope of the Master's in Business Management at the University of Algarve, which took place from October 1, 2022, to May 30, 2023, at CEAL (Confederation of Entrepreneurs of the Al garve). This association's mission is to defend the rights and interests of companies from all sectors of activity, dignify, and enhance their assets. This report presents the practical activities developed throughout the internship, taking into account the theoretical concepts learned during the academic path of the Master's in Business Management, thus being able to apply theory to business reality, particularly to a business association. The present report is composed of three main chapters: Literature Review (theoretical framework of the topics developed during the internship), presenta tion of the methodologies implemented throughout the curricular internship, and finally, the presentation of the internship and the main activities carried out. These activities in clude partnerships made, the networking event, and the development of CEAL's social networks. The internship aims to obtain the master's degree, gain professional experience, facilitate entry into the business and professional world, and understand the management model of business associations, based on CEAL.
