Abstract(s)
Este estudo tem como objectivo a construção dum instrumento de trabalho de
Observação, Análise e Monitorização que permita identificar as influências da Internet
no processo ensino-partilha-aprendizagem, construído através de uma série de etapas de
optimização de qualidade.
A primeira etapa teve como principal objectivo a recolha de opiniões de alunos,
professores e funcionários sobre o assunto - Modelo Teórico. Tendo por base estas
opiniões, construiu-se um questionário de forma a recolher os indicadores mais
importantes. Posteriormente, depois da recolha dos indicadores mais importantes ao
estudo e da reformulação do modelo teórico, teve origem o modelo teórico emergente.
Com este último modelo foi (re)construído um questionário que se propõe, então,
observar, analisar e ainda monitorizar as influências da Internet no processo ensinopartilha-
aprendizagem. Duma entrevista posterior à construção do questionário, emergiu
a proposta que esta fosse feita através da adequação do mesmo na Internet com algum
dinamismo e feedback - Monitorização. O investigador acaba por relançar o seu
instrumento de observação e análise - o questionário - na Internet, no endereço
http://www.es-pr.net/~alima/work/ioa/.
Esse instrumento acaba assim, no entender do investigador, por oferecer algumas
vantagens a quem a ele recorrer, face a outros instrumentos mais tradicionais tais como:
• Recolha automática de endereços de correio electrónico para
divulgação do questionário.
• Envio automático de mensagem com pedido de resposta ao
questionário aos endereços recolhidos automaticamente.
• Tratamento estatístico em tempo real.
• Monitorização dos dados recolhidos.
Por fim, é ainda feita uma proposta de aplicação e tratamento dos dados a recolher pelo
Instrumento.
Observing the influences of the Internet in the teaching-sharinglearning process. This study's main goal is to construct a work instrument of Observation, Analysis and Monitoring that determines the influences of the Internet in the process of teaching - sharing - leaming, built through a series of stages ofquality optimisation. The first stage had as main objective to collect students', teachers' and school employees' opinions on the subject - Theoretical Model. Based on these opinions a questionnaire was built in order to collect the most important indicators. Later on, after the most important indicators for the study were collected and the theoretical model was refomiulated, the emerging theoretical model carne out. With this last model a questionnaire was (re)built in order to observe, analyse and monitor the influences of the Internet in the process of teaching - sharing - leaming. From an interview conducted after the conclusion of the questionnaire carne a suggestion: that it should be conducted it the Internet dynamically and with some feedback by adapting it - Monitoring. The researcher makes his instrument of observation and analysis - the questionnaire - available in the internet at the address http://www.es-pr.net/~alima/work/ioa. This instmment, in the researcher's point of view, offers some advantages to which it uses against more traditional instruments: • It automatic collects electronic mail addresses to make the questionnaire known. • It sends messages automatically requesting the questionnaire to be filled in to the addresses collected. • It allows statistic data analysis in real time. • It allows monitoring the collected data. Finally, a proposal is made for usage and statistical processing of the data to be collected by the instmment.
