Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito da unidade curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, em contexto de jardim de infância, mais concretamente, numa Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social (I.P.S.S.), em Loulé, com um grupo de crianças com idades compreendidas entre os 3 e os 5 anos.
Este estudo tem como objetivo a sensibilização para a importância da educação emocional, interligando-a com outras áreas do conhecimento, neste caso, a literatura para a infância e a música. Para além disso, tem, também, o propósito de analisar as associações feitas pelas crianças entre excertos musicais e emoções/sentimentos/comportamentos presentes em ilustrações de um livro e emojis; visa, ainda, identificar a interpretação, a nível emocional, que cada criança faz dos mesmos excertos musicais.
Para o desenvolvimento desta investigação, foram postas em prática várias atividades: leitura mediada do livro O Museu, de Susan Verde; associação de ilustrações do livro a excertos musicais; associação de emojis a excertos musicais; “O que sentes ao ouvir esta música?”. Com estas atividades, foram recolhidas as informações para esta investigação, que foram analisadas e interpretadas, de modo a obter algumas respostas e conclusões. Deste modo, no final da investigação, verificou-se que as crianças se tornaram mais conscientes das emoções que as músicas transmitem e ficaram mais sensibilizadas para o entendimento das suas próprias emoções e das dos outros.
The following report was developed within the framework of the Supervised Teaching Practice course, in a kindergarten context, specifically in a Private Social Solidarity Institution (I.P.S.S.) in Loulé, with a group of children with ages from 3 to 5 years. This study aims to raise awareness of the importance of emotional education, linking it with other areas of knowledge, in this case, children’s literature and music. In addition, it also intendeds to analyze the associations made by children, between musical excerpts and emotions / feelings / behaviors present in book illustrations and emojis; It also aims to identify the emotional interpretation that each child makes of the same musical excerpts. To develop this investigation, several activities were implemented: mediated reading of the book The Museum, by Susan Verde; association of book illustrations with musical excerpts; association of emojis with musical excerpts; "How do you feel hearing this song?". With these activities, information was collected for this investigation, which was analyzed and interpreted, in order to obtain some answers and conclusions. Thus, at the end of the investigation, it was found that children became more aware of the emotions that songs convey and became more aware of their own and others' emotions.
