O presente estudo baseia-se no princípio de que a supervisão é um processo que visa promover o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional dos professores em formação, nele assumindo papel determinante a dimensão relacional.
The present study is based on the principie that supervision is a process that aims at promoting the personal and professional development of the teachers in training. The role ofthe relationship between trainers and trainees in this process is highlighted.
