A revisão bibliográfica a que se procede nesle estudo, incide na formação inicial em
educação de infância e, consequentemente, na estruturação do seu plano curricular. Para
além destes aspectos aborda os conceitos de iniciação à prática profissional,
supervisão/orientação da prática pedagógica, assim como se faz referência ao
desenvolvimento e ao desempenho profissional do educador de infância.
The present study intends to focus on the training in kindergarten education, with a special emphasis on the Initial Training and, consequently, on the structure of its curricular design. Besides these aspects, the concepts of mitiation of the professional practice and supervision /orientation of the pedagogic practice are equally dealt with. as well as the development and professional performance ot the kindergarten educator.
