dc.description.abstract	O presente relatório de investigação tem como finalidade a obtenção do grau de mestre em educação pré-escolar. Aqui, é relatado um trabalho desenvolvido com crianças em idade pré-escolar; o texto é constituído por várias partes, nomeadamente o Enquadramento Teórico-Conceptual, onde foi feita uma pesquisa sobre o tema a ser trabalhado, a Metodologia utilizada, a Análise e Interpretação dos Dados, e, por fim, as Conclusões e Reflexões Finais. O tema escolhido foi o livro, enquanto recurso transversal, pois este sempre foi um tema que me despertou particular interesse. Este trabalho procurou aprofundar conhecimentos por forma a obter resposta à Questão Orientadora do Estudo, “Consigo utilizar e rentabilizar o livro como suporte transversal na transmissão dos vários saberes?”, assim como a alcançar os Objetivos do Estudo propostos, “Compreender a literatura para a infância e a sua importância enquanto recurso transversal, na educação pré-escolar; partir de uma narrativa para a implementação de atividades no âmbito de outras áreas/domínios; promover aprendizagens através de um livro e das atividades ligadas a este”. A metodologia utilizada foi a Investigação-Ação. A partir da leitura mediada da história Elmer e o ursinho perdido, de David McKee, foram implementadas 10 atividades, enquadradas nas várias Áreas de Conteúdo referidas pelas Orientações Curriculares para a Educação Pré-Escolar, com um grupo de crianças de 3 anos de idade, e que passo a apresentar: a leitura mediada da história; o reconto oral do livro, feito pelo grupo; o diálogo sobre os medos, estratégias para os ultrapassar e desenhos dos medos; a visita do Elmer à sala de atividades e construção da caixa dos medos; a dança dos medos; a apresentação da música “Rua das Formas”; uma produção livre com figuras geométricas; a construção de figuras geométricas com recurso a uma corda; a decoração da casinha; e, por fim, a atividade “vamos encontrar o ursinho perdido”. De todos as atividades, foi o trabalho sobre o medo, que acabou por se destacar devido ao interesse e identificação do grupo com esse tema. Foram desenvolvidas algumas atividades no âmbito desta temática, tendo em vista ajudar a criança a lidar com essa emoção e encontrar estratégias para tal. Ainda que este tema se tenha destacado, todos os outros objetivos foram igualmente atingidos.	pt_PT
dc.description.abstract	The following investigation report has as a goal to obtain a master degree in preschool education. Here, is going be described the work developed with children in preschool age; the text is constituted by several parts, such as the Theoretical and Conceptual Framework, where was made a research of the subject the Methodology used, Analysis and Data Interpretation, and finally the Conclusion and Final Reflections. The chosen theme was the book while transversal resource, since it has always been a topic of my interest. This study aimed to deepen the knowledge as a means to obtain the answer to the Study Guiding Question, “Can I use and capitalize the book while transversal support in transmission of diverse knowledge?”, as well as to achieve the proposed Study Goals, “Understanding the literature for children and its importance as a cross-appeal, in preschool education”; “starting from a narrative for the implementation of activities within other domains”; “promote learning through the book and activities related to this”. It was used the action-research methodology. Based on the mediated reading of Elmer and the Lost Teddy, by David McKee, were implemented the 10 following activities, framed in various Content Areas mentioned by the Curriculum Guidelines for the Preschool Education, with a group of 3 years old children: the mediated reading story, the oral retelling of the book, made in group; the dialog about fears, strategies for overcoming them and drawing of the fears; the Elmer’s visit to the activities room and the construction of the “fears box”; the dance of the fears; music presentation “Street of Forms”; free production with geometrical forms; drawing of geometrical forms using a rope and the children’s bodies; the house decoration; and, finally, the activity “let’s find the lost teddy.” From all the activities, it was the work about fear, that turned out to be highlighted due to the interest shown by the group and it’s identification with this theme. Some activities related to this theme were developed in order to help the children to deal with that emotion and find strategies for that. Although this issue has been highlighted, all other goals were also achieved.	pt_PT
