Abstract(s)
A Gestão de Recursos Humanos é uma temática de elevada importância pois possibilita
compreender e identificar principais desafios em qualquer instituição. No âmbito da
Gestão de Recursos Humanos, a satisfação dos colaboradores considera-se como um fator
fulcral, permitindo aumento da produtividade, empenho e consequentemente maior
satisfação no trabalho. A satisfação com o trabalho está relacionada principalmente à
realização pessoal pela escolha da profissão.
Este relatório centra-se na descrição de atividades inerentes aos Recursos Humanos
realizadas durante os 8 meses de estágio no Centro de Animação e Apoio Comunitário de
Alte, uma Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social (IPSS) do concelho de Loulé. Foi
também realizado um inquérito que teve como principal objetivo medir a satisfação dos
funcionários desta instituição. Este estudo quantitativo foi realizado através de um
questionário aos 26 funcionários da instituição. Com base nos dados recolhidos,
procedeu-se à análise dos mesmos com o auxílio do programa SPSS® (Statistical Package
for the Social Science). Conforme a análise de dados a consistência interna de todas as
escalas existentes no questionário, recorrendo ao Alpha de Cronbach atestam
coeficientes superiores a 0,8.
No decorrer do estágio existiram algumas limitações que foram divididas em
vários aspetos, respetivamente ao espaço físico, arquivo de papel, registo de assiduidade,
processamento salarial, sobrecarga de tarefas. A realização do estágio contribuiu de forma
a desenvolver novas competências e melhorar alguns conhecimentos adquiridos. De
forma geral, as tarefas distribuídas e estipuladas foram realizadas com sucesso. Houve a
oportunidade de interagir com toda a equipa, no sentido de transmissão e partilha de
saberes e conhecimentos.
Human Resource Management is a topic of high importance because it makes it possible to understand and identify the main challenges in any institution. Within the scope of Human Resource Management, employee satisfaction is considered a key factor, allowing increased productivity, commitment and, consequently, greater job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is mainly related to personal fulfillment through the choice of profession. This report focuses on the description of activities inherent to Human Resources carried out during the 8 months of internship at the Community Support and Animation Center of Alte, a Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS) in the municipality of Loulé. A survey was also conducted with the main goal of measuring the satisfaction of the employees of this institution. This quantitative study was carried out through a questionnaire to 26 employees of the institution. Based on the collected data, we proceeded to analyze it with the SPSS® (Statistical Package for the Social Science) program. According to the data analysis, the internal consistency of all scales in the questionnaire, using Cronbach's Alpha, showed coefficients higher than 0.8. During the internship, there were some limitations that were split into several aspects, namely physical space, paper files, attendance records, salary processing, and task overload. The internship helped to develop new skills and improve some acquired knowledge. In general, the tasks distributed and stipulated were successfully accomplished. There was the opportunity to interact with the whole team, in order to transmit and share knowledge and know-how.
