Abstract(s)
O Plano de Formação visa contribuir para o desenvolvimento do potencial humano face às
necessidades do mercado, através da preparação e qualificação dos profissionais para a prestação
de serviços com uma qualidade técnica excelente. Esta preocupação torna imprescindível a
formação dos profissionais, de forma a poderem disponibilizar soluções adequadas, inovadoras e
de qualidade. O Plano de Formação visa organizar e tornar visível a informação relativa à(s)
necessidade(s) formativa(s) de qualquer organização. Neste contexto, este projeto teve como
objetivo a construção de um plano de formação que contempla a análise das necessidades de todos
os colaboradores. Através da aplicação de questionários a todos os colaboradores da ECUBAL,
AS, e reuniões efetuadas com os Diretores Pedagógicos e o Engenheiro responsável pela
manutenção do espaço da empresa, este projeto resultou na conceção do Plano de Formação para
a empresa ECUBAL, SA, mais conhecida por Escola Internacional do Algarve, e agora
denominada por NOBEL ALGARVE.
The Training Plan aims to contribute to the development of human potential in response to the market needs, through the preparation and qualification of professionals to provide services with an excellent technical quality. This concern makes it essential for the training of professionals, so that they can provide adequate, innovative and quality solutions. The Training Plan aims to organize and make visible the information regarding the training needs of any organization. In this context, this project aimed to build a training plan that contemplates the analysis of the needs of all employees. Through the application of questionnaires to all employees and meetings with the Pedagogical Directors and the Engineer responsible for maintaining the company space, this project resulted in the design of the Training Plan for the company ECUBAL, SA, better known by Escola International do Algarve, and now called NOBEL ALGARVE.
