| dc.description.abstract | A presente investigação realizou-se no contexto da unidade curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada do mestrado em Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e de Matemática e Ciências Naturais no 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. O estudo investigativo decorreu no terceiro período do ano letivo 2020/2021, numa escola de ensino básico em Quarteira, com dezoito participantes de uma turma do 6.º ano de escolaridade. O principal objetivo desta investigação, foi a realização de aulas que promovessem a comunicação matemática e a análise das formas de comunicação entre os alunos e entre estes e o professor. Existiu uma seleção de três tarefas matemáticas com o propósito de serem distintas, em termos de conteúdos, dado que se pretendeu analisar a comunicação dos alunos de forma espontânea. Outra exigência para a escolha das tarefas matemáticas, relacionou-se com o facto de os alunos não terem abordado o respetivo tema matemático. Ou seja, era pretendido observar as preconceções que os alunos continham para o desenvolvimento da atividade e mais tarde da comunicação conjunta, para que estivessem todos no mesmo patamar de conhecimentos dos conteúdos a abordar. Por fim, as tarefas matemática selecionadas, foram elaboradas para que decorressem de forma simples sem que surgissem grandes dúvidas por parte dos alunos, concretizando assim um maior trabalho autónomo por parte dos mesmos. A análise dos dados deste estudo é apresentada, pela ordem de ocorrência, tendo em atenção apenas as partes que foram consideradas mais pertinente no que toca aos objetivos deste estudo investigativo. Centrando sempre a análise no desenvolvimento da comunicação entre os alunos e entre estes e o professor, os resultados apontam para um progressivo envolvimento dos alunos na comunicação matemática, oral e escrita, ao longo da realização das tarefas matemáticas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted in the context of the Supervised Teaching Practice curricular unit of the master’s degree in Primary School Teaching and Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education. The investigative study took place in the third period of the 2020/2021 school year, in a primary school in Quarteira, with eighteen participants from a Year 6 class. The main objective of this investigation was to carry out lessons that promote mathematical communication and the analysis of forms of communication between students and between these and the teacher. There was a selection of three mathematical tasks with the purpose of being distinct, in terms of contents since it was intended to analyse the students' communication in a spontaneous way. Another requirement for the choice of the mathematical tasks was that the students had not approached the respective mathematical topic. That is, it was intended to observe the preconceptions that students contained for the development of the activity and later of the joint communication, so that they were all at the same level of knowledge of the contents to be addressed. Finally, the selected mathematical tasks were designed to be carried out in a simple way without major doubts arising from the students, thus achieving a greater autonomous work on their part. The data analysis of this study is presented, in the order of occurrence, considering only the parts that were considered most relevant to the objectives of this investigative study. Always focusing the analysis on the development of communication among the students and between the students and the teacher, the results point to a progressive involvement of the students in mathematical communication, oral and written, throughout the accomplishment of the mathematical tasks. | pt_PT |
