Abstract(s)
A solidão mostra-se um grande desafio ao cuidado da saúde mental, principalmente no ambiente de trabalho, o que gera um impacto significativo no bem estar, desempenho profissional e na qualidade de vida dos colaboradores. A criação de ambientes de trabalho mais inclusivos e com apoio emocional é fundamental para promover a saúde mental e, nesse contexto, o papel do líder ocupa um lugar fundamental para fomentar mudanças e conscientização. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo foi proposto com objetivo de entender-se as ações da liderança tem efeito positivo na redução da solidão e isolamento no trabalho; e seu impacto no bem-estar, engagement e satisfação profissional do colaborador. A amostra de 154 participantes mostrou que a liderança produz efeitos positivos na redução da solidão no trabalho, porém ao adicionar suas variáveis seu efeito fica mais complexo. O estudo ainda contribui para organizações refletirem sobre a atuação da liderança em casos mais sensíveis como de isolamento social, e atuarem em sua capacitação com workshops e formações.

Creating more inclusive work environments with emotional support is essential for promoting mental health, and in this context, the role of leadership is crucial in fostering change and raising awareness. In this sense, the present study was proposed to understand whether leadership actions positively reduce loneliness and isolation in the workplace, and their impact on employees' well-being, engagement, and job satisfaction. The sample of 154 participants showed that leadership has positive effects on reducing loneliness at work, but when adding its variables, the effect becomes more complex. The study also encourages organizations to reflect on the role of leadership in more sensitive cases such as social isolation, and to invest in leadership training through workshops and development programs.
