O trabalho apresentado foca-se na “Avaliação de Riscos Músculo-Esqueléticos em Jardineiros da Câmara Municipal de Albufeira” vertente da avaliação dos riscos ergonómicos, mas também músculo-esqueléticos que são relacionados ao trabalho (LMERT). O projeto consta na unidade curricular de “Projeto/Dissertação” para a obtenção do grau de mestre em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho. A importância dos assistentes operacionais reside na sua contribuição direta para a manutenção e funcionamento dos serviços municipais. Estes profissionais asseguram a limpeza das ruas, o funcionamento das infraestruturas e o cuidado com os espaços verdes, fatores essenciais para o bem-estar e segurança da comunidade. Contudo, as funções desempenhadas pelos assistentes operacionais apresentam riscos ocupacionais significativos. A exposição a condições climáticas adversas, o manuseamento de máquinas pesadas e a manipulação de resíduos são alguns exemplos de situações que exigem a implementação rigorosa de medidas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (SST). Estas medidas visam prevenir acidentes, minimizar o impacto de fatores de risco e assegurar as condições de trabalho adequadas para estes profissionais. Este projeto em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (SST), visa a aplicação de um Software de seu nome “ERGOsoft” que é uma ferramenta fundamental para analisar de forma rápida e simples os riscos associados, bem como comparar todos esses riscos nos diversos postos de trabalho.
The work presented focuses on “Assessment of Musculoskeletal Risks in Gardeners at Albufeira City Council”, which is an assessment of ergonomic risks as well as musculoskeletal and work-related risks (LMERT). The project is part of the ‘Project/Dissertation’ curricular unit for obtaining a master’s degree in occupational health and safety. The importance of operational assistants lies in their direct contribution to the maintenance and operation of municipal services. These professionals ensure the cleanliness of streets, the functioning of infrastructures and the care of green spaces, essential factors for the well-being and safety of the community. However, the duties performed by operational assistants present significant occupational risks. Exposure to adverse weather conditions, handling heavy machinery and handling waste are some examples of situations that require the rigorous implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) measures. These measures aim to prevent accidents, minimize the impact of risk factors and ensure suitable working conditions for these professionals. This Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) project aims to apply software called ‘ERGOsoft’, which is a fundamental tool for quickly and easily analyzing the associated risks, as well as comparing all these risks in different workplaces.
