dc.description.abstractThis study examines TripAdvisor reviews from three wineries in Europe to analyze customer perceptions and preferences in wine tourism. The investigation aims to understand the impact of online reviews on winery reputations and customer satisfaction in the context of wine tourism experiences. The study utilizes an advanced data analytics tool, namely Power BI, to analyze the development and demographics of the reviews and Orange Data Mining to conduct sentiment analysis and text mining. By examining reviews from wineries in France, Portugal, and Italy, this work identifies key themes, sentiments, and preferences expressed by customers, providing actionable insights for wineries to enhance visitor experiences and strategic decision-making in the wine tourism industry using an artificial intelligence approach.eng
