Abstract(s)
A actividade comercial ao longo dos tempos sofreu grandes transformações. Nos seus
primórdios esta actividade caracterizava-se pela troca directa, entre produtores de bens
excedentários em certas regiões por outros bens excedentários de outras regiões e,
assentava fundamentalmente na economia agrícola e no autoconsumo. E neste sentido
que o bem produzido, que num sistema de autoconsumo tinha apenas um valor de uso,
adquire um valor de troca.
Trade has over time gone through great changes. In the early stages it was caracterized by the direct exchange between the producers of excess goods in certain regions for other excess goods in the other regions and was essentially based on the agricultural economy and in selfsufficiency. In this sense the goods produced in a subsistence economy acquire na exchange value.
