| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo baseia-se na convicção de que o burnout nos enfermeiros influencia directamente o bem-estar subjectivo e a satisfação profissional. Neste sentido foi delineada uma pesquisa do tipo exploratório e descritivo tendo como objectivo verificar a relação existente entre o burnout, o bem-estar subjectivo e a satisfação profissional. A amostra foi constituída por 143 enfermeiros pertencentes a duas instituições de saúde de Lisboa, uma pública (Hospital de Santa Maria) e uma privada (Hospital da Luz). Previamente foi realizado um estudo de campo e uma revisão bibliográfica considerada pertinente para a temática em estudo, sendo posteriormente definido o quadro teórico que sustenta as hipóteses formuladas. De entre os resultados obtidos salientam-se: - O trabalho por turnos tem influência no burnout; - O tipo de serviço tem influência no burnout e a satisfação profissional; - O tempo de serviço e o tipo de instituição têm influência no bem-estar subjectivo; - O burnout tem influência negativa no bem-estar subjectivo; - O burnout tem influência negativa na satisfação profissional; - O bem-estar subjectivo tem influência positiva na satisfação profissional. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study is based in the conviction that burnout in nurses as a direct influence on subjective well-being and on professional satisfaction. In this direction it was delineated an exploratory and descriptive research having the objective to verify the relation between burnout, subjective well-being and professional satisfaction. The sample was constituted by 143 nurses who work in two health institutions of Lisbon, one public (Hospital de Santa Maria) and other private (Hospital da Luz). Previously it was carried out a field study of the thematic and a pertinent bibliographical revision, later it was defined the theoretical bases that support the formulated hypotheses. Between the obtained results we underline: - The shift work has influence in burnout; - The type of service has influence in burnout and in the professional satisfaction; - The time of service and the type of institution have influence in subjective wellbeing; - Burnout has negative influence in subjective well-being; - Burnout has negative influence in the professional satisfaction; - Subjective well-being has positive influence in the professional satisfaction. | por |
