| dc.description.abstract | presente relatório centra-se no estágio realizado na empresa Mota-Engil SA, na obra do W Hotel and Residences Algarve, no departamento de eletromecânica, este relatório consiste na análise dos trabalhos desenvolvidos na preparação e direção de obra durante o período de estágio. O objetivo da análise do estágio é a compreensão do que é planeamento de obra e quais os principais constrangimentos encontrados no planeamento de obra. A Mota-Engil SA trata-se de uma empresa com diversos sectores de negócio, sendo que o sector de engenharia e construção é o mais reconhecido mundialmente com uma liderança de mercado de 70 anos. A obra onde decorreu o estágio trata-se da construção do W Hotel and Residences Algarve, pertencente ao grupo Marriott, sendo o primeiro hotel W em Portugal. As funções desenvolvidas em obra são a preparação e direção de obra, que consistem na verificação de exequibilidade de projeto, o estudo do impacto da empreitada de AVAC nas restantes especialidades, orçamentação e execução do projeto. No decorrer do estágio foi abordado o tema de planeamento de obra, elaborando um estudo do conceito de planeamento e a exequibilidade do mesmo face aos constrangimentos encontrados em obra. O conceito de planeamento aborda o planeamento como uma ferramenta administrativa que se identifica como o processo que consiste na determinação antecipada e clara das ações a serem tomadas, de forma a alcançar o objetivo final, ao seja, consiste na avaliação e organização dos objetivos a serem atingidos e métodos para o seu alcance, mobilizando os meios humanos e financeiros. O estágio foi concluído com sucesso, atingindo todos os objetivos propostos. | dc.description.abstract | This report focuses on the internship held at Mota-Engil SA, on the project of the W Hotel and Residences Algarve, in the Electromechanics department, this report consists of the analysis of the studies conducted in the preparation and direction of work during the period of internship. The objective of the stage analysis is to understand the planning of the work and what are the main constraints found in the project management. Mota-Engil SA is a company with diverse business sectors, being the engineering and construction sector the most recognized worldwide with a 70-year market leadership. The internship took place on the construction site of the W Hotel and Residences Algarve, belonging to the Marriott group, being the first hotel in Portugal. The functions performed in work were the preparation and the direction of the work, which consists in verifying the feasibility of the project, the study of the impact of the AVAC contract in the other specialties, budget and project execution. During the internship, the theme of planning of the work was approached, elaborating a study of the concept of planning and its feasibility in face of the constraints found in the work. The concept of planning approaches planning as an administrative tool that identifies how the process of predicting and defining actions in advance and clearly of the actions to be taken, in order to achieve the ultimate goal, the evaluation and organization of the actions, objectives to be implemented resources and methods to reach them, mobilizing the human and financial means. The internship was successfully completed, achieving all proposed objectives. During the program, several themes were applied, mainly AutoCAD was applied for the preparation of thermal themes. | pt_PT |
