Este projeto de Mestrado tem como objetivo a elaboração e a análise da viabilidade económica de um projeto de investimento para a criação de uma empresa que visa promover e comercializar passeios pela costa algarvia, nomeadamente para visita a grutas e avistamento de cetáceos.
O projeto passa pela criação de uma PME que irá comercializar passeios turísticos diretamente ao consumidor final e que terá como fator diferenciador a inclusão de “ money back guarantee “ caso não aviste golfinhos – devolução de 50% do preço do valor do bilhete. O cliente pode comprar o bilhete com esta garantia, fator que transmite confiança ao cliente no momento de decisão.
Para a tomada de decisão devidamente fundamentada, apresenta-se um enquadramento do Turismo Náutico, em geral, e da atividade marítimo-turística, em particular, bem como o plano de negócios a realizar.
O plano de negócios descreve o negócio a desenvolver, decorrente da oportunidade evidenciada no estudo do mercado, considerando a análise ambiental e competitiva.
Revelam-se os planos de marketing, operacional e financeiro, ou seja, os pressupostos económicos e financeiros inerentes ao projeto, que sustentam as projeções dos investimentos, financiamento, rendimentos e gastos reunidas nas demonstrações financeiras que suportam os indicadores de viabilidade.
A análise da viabilidade económica, bem como do risco, sugerem a implementação deste negócio com sucesso.
The central objective of this work is the need to evaluate the economic viability of a seashore touristic activity, promoting experiences along the Algarve coast, including the opportunity of visiting the existing caves and also, dolphin watching. The project involves the creation of a new company, selling touristic tours directly to the final consumer, having as a differentiating fator the offer of Money Back Guarantee, if there is no dolphin sightseeing during the duration of the tour, half of the ticket value will be refunded. This conveys confidence to the consumer, and it will constitute a leverage fator, influencing the purchase decision. To make a well-founded decision, a framework for tourism nautical, in general, and maritime-tourist activity, in particular, is presented, as well as the business plan to be carried out. The business plan describes the business to be deployed, arising from the opportunity highlighted during the market study, considering environmental and competitive analysis. The marketing, operational and financial plans are revealed, that is, the economic and financial assumptions inherent to the project, which support the projections of investments, financing income and expenses gathered in the financial statements that support the viability indicators. The analysis of economic viability, as well as risk, suggests the successful implementation of this business.
