Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio descreve a experiência profissional obtida durante o estágio realizado na Região de Turismo do Algarve, onde foi possível acompanhar e participar em diferentes áreas da Gestão de Recursos Humanos: a avaliação de desempenho, acompanhamento do processo de formação, pontualidade e assiduidade, atualização e manutenção do cadastro dos trabalhadores, processamento de remunerações, marcação de férias e faltas, entre outras diversas tarefas que foram desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio.
Apresenta ainda dois projetos desenvolvidos na Região de Turismo do Algarve (RTA): 1) estudo de caráter quantitativo que contempla um diagnóstico organizacional acerca da perceção de justiça na avaliação de desempenho: através da aplicação de um questionário a 50 colaboradores, procurou observar-se o efeito da perceção de justiça organizacional no contexto de avaliação do desempenho sobre o comprometimento organizacional e sobre a satisfação profissional dos colaboradores da RTA. Os resultados mostram que a justiça organizacional e a satisfação profissional são um preditor significativo do comprometimento organizacional. Foi ainda objetivo deste estudo, identificar junto dos colaboradores da RTA, quais os fatores que poderão influenciar e/ou melhorar a sua satisfação no trabalho; e 2) elaboração de um manual de acolhimento: a realização de um bom processo de acolhimento e integração, independentemente da função que o colaborador desempenhe, é preponderante para o seu sucesso no novo local de trabalho que o acolhe. Desta forma, foi proposto um Manual de Acolhimento adaptado à realidade da entidade em estudo, com o objetivo de facilitar a integração de novos colaboradores.
This report describes the professional experience obtained during the curricular internship developed at Algarve Tourism Board, where it was possible to accompany and participate in Human Resources Management different areas: performance appraisal, monitoring the training process, punctuality and attendance, updating and maintaining the registration of workers, salary processing, vacation and absences registration, among various other tasks that were developed throughout the internship. This report presents two projects developed at Algarve Tourism Board (ATB): 1) an empirical study that contemplates an organizational diagnosis about the perception of justice in performance appraisal: a questionnaire was applied to 50 employees to observe the effect of perception of justice in the performance appraisal context about organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the ATB employees. The results showed that organizational justice and job satisfaction are a significant predictor of organizational commitment. To identify, alongside the ATB employees, which factors could influence and/or improve their job satisfaction was yet another goal of the study; and 2) elaboration of a reception manual: a good process of reception and integration, regardless of the role the employee has, is the key for his success. Thus, a reception manual was proposed, with the goal of facilitating the integration of new employees
