O presente relatório de estágio pretende apresentar as atividades desenvolvidas e
os três projetos elaboradores durante o estágio curricular na Subdivisão de Recursos
Humanos da Câmara Municipal de Vila Real de Santo António.
Existem várias práticas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, no entanto, este trabalho
foca-se apenas em duas práticas: o acolhimento, integração e socialização de novos
colaboradores e a segurança e saúde no trabalho.
Devido à inexistência de projetos sobre o acolhimento, integração e socialização
na Câmara Municipal, optei por elaborar dois projetos para esta prática: O Manual de
Acolhimento e o Formulário de Acompanhamento (Follow Up). O Manual de
Acolhimento é uma ferramenta indispensável durante o acolhimento de novos
colaboradores. É uma forma fácil e prática para os novos colaboradores conhecerem a
autarquia, assim como todos as normas que a envolvem. Para que as chefias
acompanhem a integração de novos colaboradores, criei um formulário de
acompanhamento.
Assim como a prática mencionada anteriormente, a segurança e saúde no trabalho
também é uma área que ainda está em desenvolvimento na Câmara Municipal. Desta
forma, não existem muitos projetos neste âmbito. Para esta prática, criei um
Regulamento Interno de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho que tem como objetivo
promover a segurança e a saúde na Câmara Municipal, assim como prevenir os riscos
profissionais através de estratégias de identificação e controlo dos riscos existentes nos
locais de trabalho.
This internship report intends to present the activities developed and the three projects developed during the curricular internship in the Human Resources Subdivision of Vila Real de Santo António City Council. There are several Human Resources Management practices, however, this work focuses only in two methods: the welcoming, integration and socialization of new employees and safety and health at work. Due to the lack of projects on welcoming, integration and socialization in the City Council, I chose to prepare two projects for this practice: The Welcoming Manual and the Follow Up Form. The Welcome Manual is an indispensable tool when welcoming new employees. It is an easy and practical way for new employees to get to know the autarchy, as well as all rules that are involve in it. In order to managers to monitor the integration of new employees, I created a follow-up form. Like the practice mentioned above, occupational health and safety is also an area that is still under development in the City Council. Thus, there are not many projects in this scope. For this practice, I created an Internal Regulation of Health and Safety at Work, which aims to promote safety and health in the City Council, as well as prevent professional risks through identification and control strategies of existing risks in the workplace.
