Abstract(s)
O presente projeto, constitui o trabalho final do mestrado em Segurança e Saúde no
Trabalho e teve por objetivo central a avaliação e implementação de Medidas de
Autoproteção ao edifício designado por “Pavilhão Municipal Dr. Eduardo Mansinho”,
localizado na cidade de Tavira, propriedade da respetiva Câmara Municipal e construído e
inaugurado em 1991, através do levantamento da situação existente e da proposta de medidas
corretivas e/ou complementares para enquadrar e concretizar os requisitos formais expressos
na legislação nacional aplicável, relativamente à Segurança Contra Incêndios em Edifícios
(SCIE).
No estudo efetuado constatou-se a existência de não conformidades, quer no plano da
adequação dos recursos humanos existentes, em quantidade e nível de formação, quer nas
infraestruturas e meios existentes no espaço. Assim, desenvolveu-se o presente projeto com a
finalidade de contribuir para a adequação da utilização do espaço à sua finalidade, garantindo
o necessário cumprimento das condições de segurança contra incêndio em edifícios, situação
de especial importância em edifícios de risco acrescido, como é o caso do pavilhão objeto de
estudo de 3.ª categoria de risco elevado e de Utilização-tipo IX desportivos
This project is the final work of the master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and had as its central objective the evaluation and implementation of Self-Protection Measures in the building named "Municipal Pavilion Dr. Eduardo Mansinho", located in the city of Tavira, which was constructed and inaugurated in 1991, by surveying the existing situation and proposing corrective and / or complementary measures to frame and implement the formal requirements set out in the applicable National Fire Building Safety (SCIE) legislation. The study carried out revealed the existence of non-conformities, both in terms of the adequacy of existing human resources, in quantity and level of training, and in the infrastructures and facilities in space. Thus, the present project was developed with the purpose of contributing to the adequacy of the use of the space for its purpose, ensuring the necessary fulfillment of the fire safety conditions in buildings, a situation of special importance in buildings at increased risk, such as in the case of the pavilion under study for the 3rd risk category and for the Type-of-use IX - Sport.
