Abstract(s)
Este projeto visa aprofundar o conhecimento na elaboração de um plano de negócios, com
a intenção de se obter o grau de Mestre em Gestão, Empreendedorismo e Inovação. A isto
junta-se a necessidade de complementar os conhecimentos adquiridos no mestrado em
Gestão, Empreendedorismo e Inovação. Nesse sentido elabora-se um plano de negócio
de um projeto na área da restauração de serviço rápido.
O projeto foi estruturado da seguinte forma: (1) Análise da literatura nas temáticas
Restauração, Franchising e Plano de Negócio; (2) Metodologia; e (3) o Plano de Negócio.
Este projeto foi desenvolvido tendo em conta a possibilidade de expansão e escalabilidade
do negócio através de franchise e pretende analisar esta estratégia de expansão enquanto
modelo de negócio.
O principal objetivo deste projeto é analisar a viabilidade do tipo de negócio proposto
através da elaboração de um plano de negócio. Outros objetivos são a definição do modelo
de negócio que possa ser replicado através do franchising, analisar o ambiente externo e
interno, desenvolver o plano operacional, financeiro e estratégico da empresa e
determinar a estratégia-base de funcionamento da empresa. Pretende-se assim, através
deste projeto, construir um plano de negócio viável e financeiramente atraente, que esteja
pronto a pôr em prática.
This project aims to deepen knowledge in the elaboration of a business plan, with the objective of obtaining the master’s degree in management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. Added to this is the need to complement the knowledge acquired during the Master. In that regard, this project presents a business plan for a project in the fast-food industry. The project is divided in the following way: (1) Analysis of the literature on the themes of Restaurant, Franchising and Business Plan; (2) Methodology; and the (3) Business Plan. This project was developed, taking into considering the possibility of expansion and scalability of the business through the franchise, and aims to analyze this expansion strategy as a business model. The main goal of this project is to analyze the feasibility of the proposed type of business through the elaboration of a business plan. Other objectives are the definition of the business model that can be replicated through franchising, analyzing the external and internal environment, developing the company's operational, financial, and strategic plan and determining the company's primary operating strategy. Therefore, there is intended, throughout this project, to build a viable and financially attractive business plan, which is ready to be put into practice.
