It analyses the efficacy of transformational, transactional, laissez-faire, and servant leadership styles, evaluating their differential impact on team dynamics, innovation, employee engagement, and performance.Findings suggest a relationship between leadership styles and organizational outcomes, highlighting the leadership strategies tailored to contextual demands. While transformational leadership shows a positive correlation with innovation and employee motivation, transactional leadership contributes to short-term goal achievement, and laissez-faire leadership is analysed in the context of structured environments. Additionally, the book discusses the relevance of servant leadership in fostering sustainable, inclusive organizational cultures, thereby enhancing long-term performance.The research presented in this book underscores the imperative for leaders to adopt a hybrid and agile approach, integrating diverse leadership styles based on situational requirements and organizational goals. Frade, Maria João; Ramos, CeliaCombining Data Storytelling concepts and Artificial Intelligence algorithms presents a powerful alliance for the analysis and communication of complex data, in a more intuitive environment and with higher levels of engagement. The main goal was to understand and present the potential of combining these two areas, where sentiment analysis was the method considered to represent Artificial Intelligence. The considered methodology consists, in a first phase of literary review, followed by sentiment analysis. The findings of this research culminate in the development of the definition of Data Storytelling, its potential, and its relationship with Artificial Intelligence systems, presenting a Dashboard Data Storytelling incorporated with AI.
