The paper contextualizes and discusses the creative process of the artifact “Rejeitorio”: The battle of man against a river (2019-2023), second version of the artwork “Rejeitorio” (2019). This artwork consists of an interactive video installation in the context of digital media that points to the emergence of the defense of the São Francisco River, one of the most important in Brazil.

O artigo contextualiza e discute o processo criativo do artefacto Rejeitorio: A peleja do homem contra o rio (2019-2023), segunda versão da obra Rejeitorio (2019). Tal obra consiste em uma videoinstalação interativa no contexto das mídias digitais que aponta para a emergência da defesa do rio São Francisco, um dos mais importantes do Brasil.
