Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho final do mestrado passará por dois objetivos, sendo que o
primeiro está ligado com o desenvolvimento de competências ligadas às tarefas de
recursos humanos na instituição autárquica, Junta de Freguesia da Guia. E o segundo
objetivo pretende o desenvolvimento de um projeto de investigação relacionado com a
percepção do bem-estar no trabalho, na mesma instituição.
As práticas e as várias atividades desenvolvidas, assim como o desenvolvimento
do projeto de investigação, decorreram em simultâneo.
A realização do projeto de investigação teve como objetivo determinar a
perceção do bem-estar na instituição onde decorreu o estágio, e para isso, foi realizado
um estudo para encontrar os pontos fortes e reforça-los.
Desta forma, foi necessária a realização de uma revisão de literatura, onde foram
analisados temas como a gestão de recursos humanos, gestão de recursos humanos na
administração pública, bem-estar e bem-estar no trabalho.
Após abordagem teórica, pretendeu-se responder aos objetivos propostos,
através de uma metodologia de intervenção apreciativa e qualitativa, apoiada pela
técnica do grupo focal. Foram realizados dois grupos focais com os colaboradores das
carreiras de Assistentes Operacionais e Assistentes Técnicos e, de seguida, procedeu-se
à analise de conteúdo, enquadrando as respostas dos colaboradores nas categorias e
condições do bem-estar. Os excertos retirados das respostas dos colaboradores, servirão
para a análise de acordo com os procedimentos/objetivos.
The present final work of the master's degree will go through two objectives, the first of which is linked to the development of competencies related to human resources tasks in the municipal institution, Junta de Freguesia da Guia. And the second objective aims to develop a research project related to the perception of well-being at work, in the same institution. The practices and various activities developed, as well as the development of the research project, took place simultaneously. The realization of the research project aimed to determine the perception of well-being in the institution where the internship took place, and for this, a study was conducted to find the strengths and reinforce them. Thus, it was necessary to conduct a literature review, where topics such as human resources management were analyzed, management of human resources in public administration, well-being and well-being at work. After a theoretical approach, it was intended to respond to the proposed objectives, through an appreciative intervention methodology and qualitative, supported by the focus group technique. Two focus groups were held with the collaborators of the careers of Operational Assistants and Technical Assistants and, then, content analysis was carried out, framing the responses of employees in the categories and conditions of well-being. The excerpts taken from the employees' responses, will serve for the analysis according to the procedures/objectives.
